A Note to my Retailers,

Right now, the retail market is tough. Obviously!! But that doesn’t mean that there is not business to be done. I believe that it simply means that we all have to be smart about our ordering and buying.

My aim is that we all not only survive this period but we position ourselves to come out ahead of our competition. I know that you need to show the latest fashions. I know that you need to have new and wondrous items to tempt your clientele (no one wants to come and see the same old stock!) but I also know that you don’t want to inventory a large volume.

Our price structure always rewards the stores buying a high volume with very lean prices.
That will always be true of custom orders. This year, though, I will also give that very low
price to anything we have in inventory. Should you find yourself running low on Yes Virginia items, please contact me.

If we have it in inventory, you can order minimal amounts and receive the price normally reserved for high volume clients. Let’s work together.

Let’s come through this downturn with stronger relationships, both with our clients and our suppliers. It’s a time to work smart. It’s a time to work together.
